Im Ragmen des Physikunterrichts erprobte eine Schülerin den Mpemba-Effekt: Heißes Wasser kann unter bestimmten Bedingungen schneller gefrieren als kaltes. Bei winterlichen Temperaturen warf sie heißes Wasser in die Luft, wo es sich sofort in feine Eiskristalle verwandelte. Der Versuch zeigt anschaulich, wie Verdunstung, Wärmeübertragung und Umgebungseinflüsse zusammenwirken.
